WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A key service we provide at Inbox Toys is the ability to pre-order items before they’re available for sale.

We allow our customers to pre order their products so that they have peace of mind that their products will reach them on their anticipated release date and so that they are able to reserve their purchase on limited stock items.

Most manufacturers announce new products months in advance of production and we can start taking orders straight away.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A PRE-ORDER?

Payment is required to be paid in full at the time of the order.

Should the manufacturer fail to produce the item, the full amount will be refunded to you. You will be notified via email if this does occur.

WHEN WILL A PRE-ORDER ARRIVE AND SHIPPED?

Each pre-order item shows an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) provided solely by the manufacturer and subject to change without notice.  Manufacturers often have production or shipping delays, so the estimated time is not guaranteed.

If a pre-order item arrival date changes due to the manufacturer we will email you notifying you of the change of date. We will always keep you informed if there any changes to your items arrival.

Once a pre-order reaches our warehouse your pre order will be processed. You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been completed with a tracking number and shipping details. You can also track your item in the ‘My Account’ section of our website.

WHAT IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRODUCTS WITH DIFFERENT RELEASE DATES?

If multiple products are pre ordered with different release dates your order will be shipped to according to the latest release date of the products in your order.

Should you need the other items sooner, please make a separate order. If you have already made the purchase, please email us at  info@inboxtoys.com.au.

WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND AN ITEM I’VE BEEN LOOKING FOR?

We are collectors ourselves so we know how important it is to be able find an item we have been looking for to finish our collection. Should you be interested in purchasing a product through us that we do not currently have in stock, please contact us directly using the contact form and we will do our very best to find it for you.
